We believe that true empowerment goes beyond financial independence—it includes knowledge, confidence, and mental resilience. Our programs foster a "For Women, By Women" ecosystem where women uplift one another through collective learning, counselling, and entrepreneurship.
With a vision to bridge gender gaps and nurture women as leaders, changemakers, and contributors to society, we align our efforts with global goals of gender equality, quality education, decent work, and good health.
The foundation is spearheaded by Mital Chetan Dedhia and Payal Ramniklal Shethia, Directors & Promoters, who are dedicated to building a sustainable impact model that uplifts women, strengthens families, and transforms communities.
